Subscriptions grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only (unless you hold an authorized, active Empire Reseller Pass). Any unauthorized sharing, leaking, resale, or distribution of our content will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may subject you to civil legal action. 5. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewals & Cancellations Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly or monthly) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user account settings or by submitting a written request to customer support before your next billing cycle begins. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current billing period; no prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles. 6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Player Props Capital LLC, its members, managers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or monetary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, sports wagering activities, or reliance on any material provided.
